I worked together with Adam Walker (One Way Designs / see my links) on this one. I the CSS, setup the CMS, tweaked the comp a little, and integrated the SmoothGallery with it.
SmoothGallery is the animated pictures that you see on the home page. I wrote some code so when an image is uploaded into a certain directory, SmoothGallery will be generated based on that directory. I know that Flash "banners" are cool, but doing it this way you don't have to use a plugin.
The site was launched without all of the content (clients call), so if you see empty pages, just know that it will be filled in soon.
